Áramótaflugeldarnir - The fireworks at new year eve

Flugeldaskothríðin um áramótin var með mesta móti miðað við síðustu ár. Þó var minna um kraftmiklar sprengjur en oft áður.

Að þessu sinni var hljóðnemi settur á svalirnar að Tjarnarbóli 14 á Seltjarnarnesi en þær snúa í suðvestur.

Hljóðritið hefst kl. 23:24 og hættir um 20 mínútur yfir miðnætti.

Mælt er með góðum heyrnartólum. Varist að hafa hljóðið of hátt stillt.

The fireworks on new years eve was a bit more than recent years. There were not as many heavy bombs than in the past.

The microphone was located at the balcony of our appartment house, facing southwest. It was directed aupwards about 30¨1.

The recording starts at 23:24 and ends arount 20 minutes after midnight.

Recorded with Zoom H6 and a Rode NT4 microphone.

Good headphones recommended. Be careful not to set the volume too high.
